Marin City Stormwater Plan Project taskforce
We will work with a taskforce to maintain a shared responsibility throughout the planning process. The consultant will also make presentations to the Flood Zone 3 advisory board at key points. Community and task force meetings will be facilitated by a content neutral facilitator.
The taskforce will consist of community stakeholders to steer the community planning process. Community stakeholders are in the process of being invited to join the taskforce. They include:
- Non-profit organizations
- For-profit organizations
- School districts
- Historic Golden Gate Village & Marin Housing Authority
- Local special districts, such as the Marin Municipal Water District, Marin City Community Services District, and Sausalito-Marin City Sanitary District
- Local government, such as Marin County Department of Public Works
- State agencies, like Caltrans
- Federal agencies, such as Golden Gate National Recreation Area and Army Corps of Engineers (USACE)
