MEETING CANCELLED: Please be aware that the Marin County Flood Control & Water Conservation District has cancelled the Zone 9 Advisory Board Meeting that was scheduled for Thursday, May 11th. The meeting was cancelled due to lack of a quorum, as required by the Zone 9 bylaws. The District will reschedule this meeting soon. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

GUIDELINES FOR TIME LIMITS ON PRESENTATION AND PUBLIC TESTIMONY

The Flood Control Zone Advisory Board meeting procedure and time limit guidelines are as follows:

1.      Flood Control District staff report. No more than 60 minutes
2.      Advisory Board questions to staff. No defined limit
3.      Public Testimony. 3 minutes per speaker
When written testimony is presented, it is not necessary to read the entire text into the minutes; it will automatically become part of the record.
4.      Deliberation by the Advisory Board. No defined limit
5.      Decision by Board. No defined limit
