Hearing: Consideration of Corte Madera Creek Flood Risk Management Phase 1 Project Final Environmental Impact Report (EIR) Certification and Merit Hearing. Recommended actions: Conduct hearing to consider adequacy of the Final EIR; consider certifying the Corte Madera Creek Flood Risk Management Project, Phase 1 Final EIR as adequate and complete pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), State CEQA Guidelines and the Marin County Environmental Review Guidelines and Procedures; and consider adopting resolution, including Statement of Findings and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program for Alternate 1 approving Alternative 1 to the Corte Madera Creek Flood Risk Management Project, Phase 1.
