The Marin County Flood Control and Water Conservation District will be hosting a Community Informational Open House about the San Anselmo Creek Bridge removal (BB2) on January 11, 2024, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the San Anselmo Town Council Chambers, located at 525 San Anselmo Avenue.

During this two hour open house, you will have the opportunity to meet with District staff to get an overview of project status and timeline, learn more about specific project aspects, ask questions and share concerns.

The project represents a coordinated, regional effort to reduce the risk of flooding and improve public safety in the event of a major storm. A key part of the project is the removal of a concrete bridge that blocks creek water flow.

For disability accommodations please call (415) 473-6530 (Voice), CA Relay 711, or e-mail the Department of Public Works at least five business days in advance of the event. The County will do its best to fulfill requests received with less than five business days’ notice. Copies of documents are available in alternative formats, upon request.
