Marin City Stormwater Plan Project taskforce

We are working with a taskforce to maintain a shared responsibility throughout the planning process​. The consultant also makes presentations to the Flood Zone 3 advisory board at key points​. Community and task force meetings are facilitated by a content neutral facilitator​.

The taskforce consists of community stakeholders ​to steer the community planning process, such as:

  • Non-profit organizations​
  • For-profit organizations​
  • School districts​
  • Historic Golden Gate Village & Marin Housing​ Authority
  • Local special districts,​ such as the Marin Municipal Water District, Marin City Community Services District, and Sausalito-Marin City Sanitary District
  • Local government, such as Marin County Department of Public Works
  • State agencies, like Caltrans​
  • Federal agencies, such as Golden Gate National Recreation Area ​and Army Corps of Engineers (USACE)
